As part of the initial consultation we will provide advice and recommendations for which processes are best enabled with your TalentBridge Coworker and what skills, experience and qualifications you require for success. Flowing from this will be a job description which captures the requirements for the role and which we'll use to begin our sourcing activities.
Step 2
We'll send you candidates and you'll choose who to interview and hire
Our team are experts at finding qualified professionals located in the Philippines. We will perform the recruitment activity and provide you with a short list of people who satisfy the requirements of the job description. You are in complete control over who which candidates you'd like to interview and ultimately hire. There is no obligation to proceed unless you are completely satisfied they are the perfect fit for the role.
Step 3
We take care of your new workers HR, payroll, time sheeting and invoice you in Australian Dollars
Once you have selected your new TalentBridge Coworker we'll take care of the HR component, set them up in our payroll system and ensure they complete daily timesheets. The administration of your TalentBridge Coworker will be effortless allowing you to focus on having them perform you activities efficiently. We'll invoice you in Australian Dollars on a monthly basis, ensuring you are not exposed to a currency risk.
