In a free consultation we'll work out which processes suit an offshore team member and what skills, experience and qualifications the role needs. From that, we write a job description together and start sourcing.
WEEK 2 & 3
Step 2
Interview and choose
Our recruitment team finds experienced professionals in the Philippines and sends you a shortlist that matches the job description. You decide who to interview and who to hire. There's no obligation to proceed until you're completely satisfied.
FROM START DATE
Step 3
We handle the rest
Once you've chosen, we handle the HR setup, add them to our payroll, set up their managed device, and make sure daily timesheets are completed. You get one invoice a month in Australian dollars, with no currency risk.

Questions we hear most
How long does it take to hire?
Typically 2-6 weeks from brief to start date, however it can be faster if you are ready to move.
Can I start part-time?
Yes. Part-time and full-time arrangements are both available.
Is there a minimum term?
We only require 30 days notice end the engagement. We do not lock you in for extended terms.
What hours will they work?
Your business hours, aligned to your time zone.
What if it doesn't work out?
We'll find a replacement person which better aligns to what you are looking for.
What does it cost?
