No. There's no cost, no minimum number of referrals and no exclusivity.
How is the referral fee worked out?
A fee is paid for each person your referred client engages through TalentBridge. We'll share the full structure in the partner pack.
Do I need to tell my client about the fee?
If your professional or industry rules require it, yes. Our referral agreement sets this out clearly.
Do I need to sell anything?
No. You make the introduction and our Sydney team looks after your client from there.
What if my client already works with you?
Referrals apply to businesses that aren't already clients or in discussions with us. We confirm every referral in writing.
Can I refer a business that already has offshore staff?
Yes. We can transition their existing team to TalentBridge and remove their Fair Work risk.
